Where can I collect my VIP Pass
- Passes can be collected from the Ticket Office in the Bear Village from the 2nd of September at 8 pm.
- Tickets will not be sent via mail. If you are giving the tickets as a gift, please contact us after your purchase and we will organise a certificate.
- Please bring your email confirmation and ID when collecting your pass.
- The VIP pass is valid for this event. It is not refundable and buy it is transferable to a friend (you will need to notify us of the transfer).
- Once purchased you will receive an email with your VIP pass confirmation number giving you access to the VIP enclosure. (1 VIP Pass is for one person.)
